With over five decades of experience in sales, marketing, and executive management, Mrs. Nancy K. Martin has built a distinguished career marked by entrepreneurial success and transformative leadership. For 18 years, she specialized in the computer software sector, supporting industries such as financial services, pharmaceuticals, and travel. Mrs. Martin has founded and led three successful companies, including a software firm and a consulting and speaking practice, where she provided high-level services to Fortune 100 clients.
For the past 14 years, Mrs. Martin has grown her current seven-figure business, The Garage Authority, while also revitalizing her consulting, speaking, and training enterprise, Expanding Vision, which she founded in 1995. With a particular focus on business development and sales, she is renowned for her ability to drive revenue growth, expand market reach, and turn around underperforming regions and companies.
Mrs. Martin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a concentration in Management Information Systems from Ramapo College in New Jersey. She was a founding board member of the Independent Travel Technology Association and served on the board for three years. Additionally, she contributed her expertise as a board member of the Alliance of Sales and Marketing Executives in New York and was a founding board member of FABA (Fletcher Area Business Association) in Fletcher, NC, where she served for several years.
As a highly sought-after national speaker, facilitator, and moderator, Mrs. Martin has been sharing her expertise since 1992, focusing on leadership development, sales strategies, and business growth. She currently serves on the board of directors for the Veterans Healing Farm in Hendersonville, North Carolina, where she has resided for the past 28 years. The vision is also to bring in a select group of non-profits who have been on the ground from the beginning until now, still making a difference for our local businesses and those that needed and still need assistance restoring their businesses and their normal lives. My vision is to raise an over abundance of funds so that a % of the proceeds may be donated to a select non-profit to support their ongoing work.
